"Location 1 min walk from tube, toiletries and toothbrush/paste provided, manager helped me with my case up the stairs and explained everything about getting in and out etc, tea/coffee and little chocolates provided as snacks, nice view from the top floor, nice decor, didn't properly try the shower but looked ok, check-in experience was easy, Netflix access on the TV, locks on the doors."
